But I was fortunate to meet and choose Richard Keay to undertake this project. As a fully registered and quality assured company He undertook the planning ,implementation and completion in a timely and efficient manner. I was provided with schedule of the work to be done and conditions of the contract. Furthermore I was kept in the loop of all the work carried out with photographic evidence on a daily basis .
I was particularly impressed with how he managed his professional staff making sure a that a strict Health and Safety protocols were always met. All work was thoroughly checked by Richard himself. Richard diligently followed the values and practices of his company and in no time delivered a high Tec. roof made with Quality Assured materials that now looks simply A1.
They also arranged for other contractors to do additional work I wanted doing.
They have been around for many years and had a great reputation which was important to ensure the integrity of the company and workmanship.
They are not the cheapest, but did a great job.
Keay Roofing did a great job of servicing my leaking roof, fixing a leaking chimney, fixing our damaged wooden fascia at the front and adjusting some guttering. They arrived on time, completed the job efficiently and left the site tidy. They provided photos of the roof with a detailed breakdown of the cost so we could decide how much work to do or not. It was easy to get in touch with them and get updates over the phone and email. It's been 6 months since the job and the leak appears to be fixed. I give 4 stars rather than 5 because they were unable to give a ball park estimate before putting up scaffolding so the price was a bit of a shock.
When our list of works took place, the roofing team were swift and had a clear plan layed out on how and what was to be aundertsken. Well structured and oginised from the outset. When the work was finished, the roofing team cleared everything up to such a high standard, you wouldn't have thought that work had taken place.

We carry our roof repairs and installation for flat roofs, pitched roofs, tiled and felt roofs.
Are there any types of roof you do not cover?
We do not work on the following types of roofs:

- Rubber roofs (EDPM)
- Thatched roofs

Does home insurance cover roof repairs?
In most instance home insurance will cover the cost of roof repairs if the damage or destruction results from a sudden accident or act of nature. If repair is needed because of general wear or tear, neglecting to carry out general maintenance or the age of the roof exceeding its intended lifespan, it is unlikely insurance will cover reimbursement of costs.
How long does it take to receive my roofing quote?

How much does a new roof cost?
