All their work is of a very high standard - and fixed the first time.
Most recently they repaired some loose roof tiles. They visited the site to do an inspection the same day I spoke to them. The repair was completed within one week.

But I was fortunate to meet and choose Richard Keay to undertake this project. As a fully registered and quality assured company He undertook the planning ,implementation and completion in a timely and efficient manner. I was provided with schedule of the work to be done and conditions of the contract. Furthermore I was kept in the loop of all the work carried out with photographic evidence on a daily basis .
I was particularly impressed with how he managed his professional staff making sure a that a strict Health and Safety protocols were always met. All work was thoroughly checked by Richard himself. Richard diligently followed the values and practices of his company and in no time delivered a high Tec. roof made with Quality Assured materials that now looks simply A1.
They also arranged for other contractors to do additional work I wanted doing.
They have been around for many years and had a great reputation which was important to ensure the integrity of the company and workmanship.
They are not the cheapest, but did a great job.
Keay Roofing did a great job of servicing my leaking roof, fixing a leaking chimney, fixing our damaged wooden fascia at the front and adjusting some guttering. They arrived on time, completed the job efficiently and left the site tidy. They provided photos of the roof with a detailed breakdown of the cost so we could decide how much work to do or not. It was easy to get in touch with them and get updates over the phone and email. It's been 6 months since the job and the leak appears to be fixed. I give 4 stars rather than 5 because they were unable to give a ball park estimate before putting up scaffolding so the price was a bit of a shock.
When our list of works took place, the roofing team were swift and had a clear plan layed out on how and what was to be aundertsken. Well structured and oginised from the outset. When the work was finished, the roofing team cleared everything up to such a high standard, you wouldn't have thought that work had taken place.
