Keay Roofing Services has been operating since 2009, serving both residential and commercials clients in the home counties, North West and South West London.
Back in 2009, Managing Director, Richard Keay saw the need for a roofing services provider built around providing customer satisfaction and since then Keay Roofing Services has been growing from strength to strength.
We are proud to have a core team of expert roofers in place and can draw on additional resources where needed. Our approach to each contract is always the same:

Managing Director, Richard Keay
Richard has been in the industry since 1999 and before forming Keay Roofing Services, he led a specialist roofing team at Beaumont Roofing, developing bespoke prestige homes.
Having developed a wealth of experience in all aspects of roofing throughout his early career, Richard found a passion for working with listed property roofs as well as those in conservation areas, where a thorough knowledge of traditional materials and techniques is critical. Richard works closely with architects, building surveyors and local planning officers regularly, to ensure that the roofing projects are carried out to the satisfaction of both the client and the authorities.
As the founder and owner, Richards number one priority is delivering customer satisfaction. Richard ensures that every Keay Roofing Services contract is completed to the highest standards possible.
Aside from roofing, Richard is a keen runner and has previously competed in local 10k runs and half marathons. On Sunday 12th September 2021, Richard will be taking on his biggest challenge yet, the Brighton Marathon in aid of Prostate Cancer UK. The Keay Roofing Team
The roofers each have between 15 years – 40 years’ experience in the industry and have expert knowledge within several different aspects of roofing, from lead work, to listed buildings, GRP fibreglass to slating and tiling.
They are the backbone of the business and having a core team in place means we can usually respond to urgent requests quickly. With the vast knowledge throughout the team, we can assemble specialist teams for any job, no matter it’s size or challenges.
