Complete Roof Replacement in Berkshire

Our client in Berkshire contacted us to request a quote to repair the roofs across 3 of their properties. Their main house had a considerable leak due to heavy downpours which caused damage internally.

Upon visiting the properties, we provided the client with a comprehensive quote to re-roof all three properties.

The client scheduled the project to commence in January 2025, with the project taking approximately 3 months to complete.

Works completed

Our expert team began by stripping back the roofs to bare rafters. They then installed insulation with a 3 in 1 ventilation system, which included eave vent, rafter roll, eave tray and factory graded batten. After this, they fitted Tyvek breather felt and French weathered tiles. The ridges were installed using a universal dry ridge system, designed to enhance the roof space and ventilation.

All the lead work was completed by our expert lead engineer, who adhered to the guidelines set out by the Lead Sheet Association

Upon completion, we provided our client with a 10-year workmanship guarantee and a 10-year Competent Roofer guarantee through the NFRC, which comes with a building regulation certificate. This provides our client with reassurance that the works have been completed to a high standard.
